Terms & Conditions of Use for the max855 Malaysia Platform

01Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "max855" or "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all services operating under the max855 brand.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the max855 platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered with max855, containing the user's personal information and account balance.
• "Balance" refers to the actual cash balance in your max855 account, excluding any bonuses or promotional credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, reward points, or special offers granted by max855 to a user.

02User Eligibility

05Bonus & Promotions

Max855 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, following their first successful deposit. Cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses carry a rollover requirement of between 5x and 25x, depending on the bonus type. The rollover requirement must be met within the stipulated period before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the rollover. Slots typically contribute 100%, while baccarat and roulette may contribute at a lower rate.

• The use of bots, automation software, artificial intelligence, or any other unauthorised method to play on max855 is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

• All odds displayed on max855 are in Decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• Bets accepted before the start of a match are final. max855 will not void bets on the basis of squad changes, weather, or other circumstances unless the match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours.
• Live betting for the Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, badminton, and e-sports (MLBB, DOTA 2, CS2) may be suspended by max855 at any time during a match.
• Combination bets (parlay/accumulator) containing cancelled matches will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
• Any bets placed based on insider information or match-fixing are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Max855 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if:

• The user is found to own or attempting to own multiple accounts.
• The user provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• There are signs of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• The user attempted to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the max855 system to gain an unfair advantage.
• The user employs bots or automated tools during gameplay.
• The user threatened, abused, or behaved inappropriately towards max855 staff.
• The user is found to be under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation and within 14 business days.
